How can we incent the primary care physician to file electronically, because if we get the claims in electronic format, we do get a lot of information that we need to build an electronic medical record about the patients. So how do we get an incentive? Well, the incentives for the primary care physician would be that he or she can get the reimbursement when they complete an electronic claims process a lot faster than they can get it today."
