Life is hard when you are infertile. You are trying hard to make a baby, and nothing seems to work.
What adds insult to injury is the fact that everyone is full of advise as to what you are doing wrong; and what you should be doing. Just the fact that they have managed to make babies in their bedroom seems to make them an infertility expert ! The tragedy is that a lot of this advise is plain wrong - but it just adds to the confusion ; and further reduces the self-esteem of couples struggling with infertility.
Educate yourself about the facts of baby-making - and then ignore what everyone says, no matter how well meaning they are. Otherwise your mind will start playing games with you, and you'll end up making a bad situation worse by beating up on yourself for no rhyme or reason !
