Call centres for healthcare and health insurance services soon

This is a heartening trend, and will hopefully mean better customer service for patients and health insurance customers !

While the mechanics of running a call center is something these companies ( such as Antworks, Infosys, Cognizant, EXL and WNS) have already mastered , they will need to make use of a health knowledgebase as a platform to ensure they can provide their users with trustworthy health information !
