HELP is a free consumer health library I run in Bombay. It's now the world's largest, and the website is at www.healthlibrary.com. My biggest problem is getting people to use the free services we offer. I've been told that the problem is because we give away our services for free, which is why no one appreciates them. I am sure I don't want to charge for what we do, so I am stuck as to how to increase our usage ! Any ideas ?
