My Vodafone 4G dongle service has been down for the last 1 week.
I have been faithfully following up with the Vodafone India service team.
I think their twitter account @VodafonIN is run by a dumb chatbot which is programmed to provide the same answer - " We are looking into your problem and will get back to you soon !"
