This is why it's so important for patients to be sure they choose an ethical and reputable IVF clinic for their surrogacy treatment. While the embryo transfer is very easy to do , it's equally important that the legal procedure laid down by the Government of India be followed properly. Taking tempting shortcuts ( for example, by not signing the proper legal contracts) can result in disaster !
