Map of Medicine : "120 of the Map of Medicine clinical pathways have now been made available to patients via the NHS Choices website. The Map of Medicine Healthguides presents the different steps of a patient journey, from symptoms to diagnosis and treatment, in easy to follow charts. Healthguides gives patients access to the same information as the doctors who are treating them.
This is a great example of how it's possible to simplify complex information, so patients can make sense of it.
